Healthcare IT

I have implemented EMRs from both sides of the contract.

On VA's Cerner/Oracle EHR modernization program I led joint VA, vendor, and contractor teams through patient pathway analysis, identified gaps in care delivery, and implemented the mitigation strategies that closed them. Earlier, at a critical access hospital, I converted the facility from paper to electronic records myself — EMR, PACS radiology, bedside charting devices, and the infrastructure underneath. I know what the clinicians are going to say in week three.
